Scientific name: Allium schoenoprasum

General description: Originating from Europe, it is an aromatic perennial herb with a flavor reminiscent of onion. Its growth mode in height, allowing the frequent cutting of its leaves, makes it an ideal plant for the aromatic bed.

Climate: Places with good sun exposure. In regions where summer temperatures are extreme, it is recommended to use partial shade.

Soil: Fertile and with good drainage. Soil pH should be between 6.0 and 6.8.
